I am an ibd Accredited Business Adviser and part of the ibd Group. We have a network of over 200 business advisers across the UK ready and able to assist you in improving any aspect of your business.
Xelerate helps all types of businesses, from startups to growing SME's, and has expert knowledge in manufacturing. Having spent over 20 years running manufacturing businesses and helping them to grow I know the challenges in manufacturing and how to over come them.
UK manufacturing is vital for the success of our economy and there are particular challenges facing SME's in manufacturing. Constant pressures of managing costs, customer price pressure and managing cash are commonplace.
Often the workload of these pressures keep us from work that will move us forward, as there just is not enough resource or time to complete everything you need to get done.
